Our small apartment is furnished in a modern style, well-finished and clean. It is located on the fifth floor with elevator, very bright, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the main road. Ideal for a couple who want to spend a romantic stay in Rome. We accept well-behaved pets (let us know if you bring them)

🏨 DURING YOUR STAY
1. It is not allowed to host people who have not booked
2. Quiet time 11pm - 8am
3. Organizing parties/events is prohibited
4. Smoking is not permitted ONLY in the balcony
5. If you use the lift, remember to close the doors tightly when you exit
6. If you lose your keys you will have to pay a penalty of €50
7. Don't throw things into the toilet that can clog the pipes
8.Bedding and towels must not be damaged
9. Turning off the lights, stove and air conditioning when you are not in the apartment is an excellent and sustainable practice 🌱
