    If you're planning to visit this amazing city we will be happy to welcome you in our guesthouse. The apartment is in central area near Coliseum and Termini station

    - Location: is located in a quiet but well-connected area, ideal for exploring all the main attractions.

    - Room: Bright and tastefully furnished, offering a welcoming and relaxing environment.

    - Amenities: We offer a wide range of modern amenities, including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and shared bathroom only with one other room and shared kitchen. The room is furnished with a French bed (190x140).

    - Accessibility: The apartment is easily accessible on foot, by car and by public transport. There is also paid parking nearby for those traveling by car.

    - Nearby Attractions: Nearby you will find various restaurants, cafes, shops, tourist attractions, the historic center, museums

    Rules

    1. It is not allowed to host people who have not booked

    2. Quiet time 11pm - 8am

    3. Organizing parties/events is prohibited

    4. Smoking is not permitted

    5. If you use the lift, remember to close the doors tightly when you exit

    6. If you lose your keys you will have to pay a penalty of €50

    7. Don't throw things into the toilet that can clog the pipes

    8.Bedding and towels must not be damaged

    9. Turning off the lights, stove and air conditioning when you are not in the apartment is an excellent and sustainable practice 🌱
