    This apartment with balcony is spacious, modern in style and well finished, with free wifi and air conditioning. Close to the Colosseum, the Domus Area, Termini Station and all public transport.

    Spacious and very bright, it is located on the second floor with lift, with a large balcon-to spend a romantic stay in Rome (there is a comfortable round bed) but it can also accommodate three people. FOR TWO PEOPLE WE ONLY PROVIDE THE DOUBLE BED, on request we can provide linen for the sofa bed for a supplement of €5 The kitchenette is well equipped for cooking.

    We accept pets as long as they are well behaved (please let us know if you bring them)

    8.Bedding and towels must not be damaged

    9. Turning off the lights, stove and air conditioning when you are not in the apartment is an excellent and sustainable practice 🌱
